As a small to medium sized enterprise accustomed to operating in a collaborative Notes environment, AFN fit our needs exactly. It offers an integrated environment for maintaining, updating, tracking opportunities, monitoring service activities and communicating with existing and potential new customers.
I appreciated the data search and reporting functionality as well as the advanced Swing integration.
The team at Vigilus was highly responsive and effective at addressing training needs and ongoing support.
